Art Director

• Lead creative projects from concept to execution, developing ideas and presenting concepts
• Develop ~4-6 creative briefs per quarter setting goals, audience, channels, and strategic direction
• Own concepting and oversee design of 20-30 creative assets per month across digital, print, email, social, and video
• Manage paid advertising creative for ~4-6 new campaigns per year plus evergreen campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and print
• Write creative briefs, write or coordinate creative copy, design ad graphics, and oversee contractors
• Supervise and collaborate with external design contractors and in-house teams, providing feedback and final delivery oversight
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and priorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, and product teams (reports to Sr. Director of Marketing and Communications)
• Develop and maintain creative standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Monitor trends in the creative industry and apply them when appropriate
