About the role

  • Understand the Market & Client Needs Stay close to industry trends and partner feedback in the automotive space.
  • Translate business needs and customer pain points into scalable product opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of new dealership websites and enterprise features — from scoping and stakeholder alignment to launch and iteration.
  • Contribute to the roadmap by identifying high-impact improvements that balance short-term client needs with long-term platform goals.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business Teams to ensure smooth execution and shared understanding across teams.
  • Handle several projects or rollouts in parallel, aligning internal timelines with external expectations and client go-to-market plans.
  • Define and track key success metrics. Use data to inform decisions, measure adoption, and refine product iterations.
  • Act as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments, with a track record of owning features or products from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Skilled in setting a clear product vision, defining roadmaps, and managing the full product lifecycle — from discovery and prioritisation to delivery and optimisation.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. Proactively aligns expectations, manages feedback loops, and keeps stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Passionate about understanding user needs and turning insights into actionable solutions. Comfortable using data to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and measure success.
  • Excels at breaking down complex business or product problems into clear, prioritised tasks with practical, scalable solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, and analytics platforms.
