• Translate the Director’s strategy into annual and quarterly multi-channel plans.
• Own the channel governance framework.
• Maintain a robust content/communications roadmap and editorial calendar.
• Run the end-to-end content process across visual, written, audio and video assets.
• Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure clarity, consistency, inclusivity and impact.
• Set and track channel KPI’s and dashboards.
• Produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with colleagues to align communications to customer journeys and commercial/contract priorities.
• Own workflows and traffic management via the project board ensuring on-time, on-brand, on-brief delivery.
• Manage day-to-day spend.
• Uphold accessibility, safeguarding, data protection and brand compliance across all outputs.
• Manage crisis and incident response protocols for channels in partnership with the Director and relevant leads.
