About the role

  • Be the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders, providing a welcoming and efficient service
  • Support individuals on their journey to sustainable employment
  • Ensure smooth programme transitions and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Facilitate warm handovers from Jobcentre Plus and complete necessary start-up administration
  • Support Employment Advisers during periods of absence and organise job search activities
  • Build relationships with local employers to assist with recruitment events and vacancy campaigns
  • Provide ongoing support to participants in work

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and administration, ideally within employability, recruitment, or HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Math’s at Grade C or above
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
