About the role
- Engage with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Collaborate to design tailored pathways into employment for participants
- Foster strong partnerships with employers to promote inclusive recruitment practices
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, generate leads, and deliver a high-quality service
Requirements
- Experience in employer engagement, account management, or business development
- Proactive mindset with a passion for making a difference
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders through various channels, including phone and face-to-face meetings
- Experience in campaign management and social media marketing is advantageous but not essential.
