About the role
- Own the Teacher and Buyer personas globally, designing high-conversion lifecycle campaigns.
- Build omnichannel "evergreen" campaigns focused on driving retention, expansion and engagement.
- Align with Customer Experience teams to create consistent customer touch points for both teachers and administrators.
- Partner with Product teams to build in-product touchpoints to improve product usage, education, and retention.
- Use customer journey data to pilot A/B tests and personalization tactics that increase conversion.
- Analyze campaign health regularly, turning raw data into actionable insights and executive-level performance updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Marketing, ideally within a SaaS or EdTech environment
- Strong record of writing clear, actionable marketing copy (for email, social, product etc) that elicits action with teachers and administrators.
- Experience designing and executing rigorous split tests from subject lines to entire onboarding sequences.
- A deep interest in the K-5 education landscape. You can translate complex product features into "teacher-friendly" benefits
- The ability to collaborate seamlessly between Product and CX teams
