About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evangelize Seer's vision within Paid Social and collaborate with the Paid Media Leadership Team
Drive full-funnel Paid Social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and other channels
Collaborate with Creative and SEO divisions to grow client results
Test, learn, and iterate using Seer's own accounts before rolling recommendations out to clients
Apply Paid Media expertise across Paid Search, Display, and Programmatic channels
Lead and develop a team of 4 to 6 direct reports
Drive creative innovation and cross-division synergy
Oversee day-to-day campaign strategy and management for 3 to 4 accounts
Develop frameworks for building Seer's Paid Social book of business
Build lasting client relationships and position the team as an extension of clients' teams
Support divisional revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling with business development
Create scalable processes supporting AI transformation and holistic social strategy
Advance Seer's public reputation through original points of view, case studies, and thought leadership
Complete division training, support clients and direct reports, and run tests during the first 30 days
Ramp up on accounts, develop direct reports, and document tested points of view by 60 days
Independently own the book of business and team growth, with thought leadership in motion, by 90 days

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must be based in the United States
Ability to work continental US-based hours
Experience leading and scaling a team of 2 or more direct reports
Experience testing AI tools and workflows in paid media work
Experience managing Paid Social campaigns across varied industries, engines, and management platforms
Experience with emerging channels such as TikTok and Reddit
Experience pitching full-funnel strategies incorporating creative design, supplemental marketing channels, and measurement plans
Experience partnering with leadership on strategy or account decisions beyond one's own book of business
Data-driven, holistic approach incorporating Creative, SEO, and Analytics
Talent development and coaching skills
Experience making data-driven, actionable recommendations
Experience sharing knowledge through 1:1s, Lunch 'n Learns, webinars, blogs, case studies, or speaking engagements
Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools
Understanding of data sources, data constructs, and basics of SQL
