About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategize and architect large-scale digital analytics implementations for a handful of clients, primarily on platforms like Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
- Audit new and existing implementations to identify gaps, find technical issues with code or configuration, and recommend the best feasible solution.
- Build measurement frameworks that move clients beyond sessions and conversions toward metrics that reflect real business outcomes and nonlinear customer journeys.
- Confidently implement analytics and marketing tags through Tag Management Systems, and meet with developers, IT, and clients to design solutions that fit their needs.
- Write clear technical documentation for team members, clients, and developers.
- Partner directly with clients to develop and operationalize GEO measurement strategies across AI-powered search experiences.
- Support Seer's GEO Test & Learn initiatives by defining hypotheses, establishing testing methodologies, identifying success metrics, and evaluating causal relationships between marketing activities and business outcomes.
- Distinguish correlation from incrementality through thoughtful experimental design and analytical rigor.
- Work cross-functionally with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to evaluate how AI-driven experiences influence awareness, behavior, conversion, and loyalty.
- Use Claude and other AI tools to generate analytical outputs, then translate those findings into clear, confident narratives for client and executive audiences.
- Build automations, workflows, prompts, and AI-assisted processes that improve how analytics work gets done.
- Treat dashboards, reports, and measurement frameworks as products that evolve over time, not one-time deliverables.
- Constantly ask "What can I build?" rather than "How do I do this manually?"
- Challenge, coach, mentor, and provide feedback to peers and associates, helping elevate analytics and AI capabilities across the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have advanced analytics implementation expertise involving behavioral tracking, ecommerce measurement, experimentation frameworks, and business outcome measurement.

- You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including translating data findings into executive-ready narratives.
- You have a genuine curiosity about emerging AI technologies and how they impact discoverability, customer behavior, and digital measurement.
- You have a strong sense of self, which means you can say no, deliver feedback, and confidently present the value you are driving for clients, even when things get challenging.
