About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage high-fit accounts using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other tools
- Develop early-stage relationships with senior marketing and digital leaders
- Turn Seer's thought leadership, webinars, and events into real demand
- Own data and operational infrastructure in HubSpot, developing data quality standards
- Test messaging in the field, synthesize what's resonating, and inform team positioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, outbound business development, or sales enablement with direct exposure to digital marketing services or an agency environment
- Proven ability to build relationship-driven pipeline from scratch not just run someone else's playbook
- Digital marketing fluency: understand SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI well enough to hold credible conversations with senior marketing leaders
- Agency, consultancy, or start up experience strongly preferred
- CRM (HubSpot) proficiency: list building, data hygiene, pipeline tracking
- Able to carry conversations with a CMO and enjoy building those connections
- Self-directed and highly autonomous, comfortable setting your own agenda
- Collaborate with internal teams to build a well-rounded approach
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help shape a role as you grow into it
- Measure success in quality outcomes (first meetings, pipeline created)
- Excited to apply AI tools to your workflow: research, outreach, data analysis, content creation
