• Concept, define, and deliver brand experiences for major global brands
• Lead projects from brief through to delivery with oversight from the Creative Director
• Interrogate, challenge, and refine client briefs internally and with clients
• Collaborate within the strategic process through cultural research and insight to validate positioning
• Cast and resource appropriate creative teams to pitch and deliver projects
• Define the overarching idea driving each experience, ensuring alignment with brand, audience, and culture
• Champion cultural relevance from concept to delivery
• Inspire teams and clients by clearly articulating and evidencing ideas
• Define visual direction within brand guidelines while pushing creative territories
• Lead cultural, visual, and creative exploration to inspire ideation
• Write clear design briefs and ensure concepts align to strategy and experience
• Identify and brief third party suppliers across build, graphics, and technology while retaining creative control
• Craft engaging and concise narratives and presentations that communicate the value of ideas
• Confidently present in pitches and project meetings
• Mentor and develop designers and junior creatives
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence and momentum
