About the role
- Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Build and execute strategic account plans focused on growing share of wallet across assigned accounts by identifying opportunities for service expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Monitor account performance metrics, customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and revenue growth targets, ensuring proactive management of risks and opportunities.
- Foster strong account direction within the Seek Now team, guiding clear account management in order to achieve revenue objectives.
- Act as the liaison between cross-functional teams at Seek Now, including Product Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, and Finance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing account management team to effectively manage relationships with 25-30 national P&C insurance carriers.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to communicate value delivery, performance insights, and growth recommendations.
- Negotiate renewals, pricing adjustments, and contractual terms in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnership roles, preferably within insurance services, SaaS, or B2B service industries.
- Demonstrable track record of driving account revenue growth.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic account projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for account growth.
- Strong understanding of the P&C insurance industry, including carrier operations, claims processes, and vendor management dynamics.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- 40-60% travel.
