About the role
- Build & Innovate – Develop new features for existing products while also architecting entirely new product suites and initiatives.
- Own the Stack – Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend APIs, powering both web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate & Mentor – Work on a small, high-performing team, contribute to code reviews, and support junior developers in growing their craft.
- Shape the Future – Leverage modern frameworks and cloud technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible in insurance tech.
Requirements
- Proven ability building and maintaining RESTful APIs and serving multiple frontends
- Familiarity with frameworks like Angular or React
- Solid background with Java and Spring Boot (or similar)
- Comfortable with relational databases and schema design
- Strong critical thinking and the drive to tackle complex challenges
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
