About the role
- Develop new features for existing products and architect new product suites
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend APIs powering web and mobile apps
- Work on a small, high-performing team, contribute to code reviews, and mentor junior developers
- Leverage modern frameworks and cloud technologies to build insurance claims inspection/resolution tools
- Own major initiatives and directly influence product tools and direction
Requirements
- Proven ability building and maintaining RESTful APIs and serving multiple frontends
- Familiarity with frameworks like Angular or React
- Solid background with Java and Spring Boot (or similar)
- Comfortable with relational databases and schema design
- Strong critical thinking and the drive to tackle complex challenges
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
