About the role

  • Manage key account relationships and identify new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Be accountable for the sales strategy and engagement process for your accounts.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to key client stakeholders.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans focused on growing share of wallet across assigned accounts.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and revenue growth targets.
  • Act as the liaison between cross-functional teams at Seek Now.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing account management team to effectively manage relationships with 25-30 national P&C insurance carriers.
  • Negotiate renewals, pricing adjustments, and contractual terms in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnership roles, preferably within insurance services, SaaS, or B2B service industries.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving account revenue growth.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic account projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for account growth.
  • Strong understanding of the P&C insurance industry, including carrier operations, claims processes, and vendor management dynamics.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
  • 40-60% of travel time expected for position
