Requirements

What you’ll need

Ten-plus years experience - either agency or brand-side - with a portfolio that’s filled with original thinking, immaculate craft and audacious swings
Excellent writer with a strong emphasis on craft, conscientious editing, and a proven record in storytelling
Operate from a place of empathy, generous with time, and deeply invested in the professional growth and personal wellbeing of team members
Strive for clarity in communication, maintaining consistent connections and putting a premium on relationships
Curious about culture and current events, attuned to the zeitgeist
Production savvy - from quick turn low budget affairs to brand campaigns
