Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth and scientific discovery.
Work alongside a growing analytics team, contribute to scalable frameworks, and help foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Contribute to the evolution of Seed’s analytics roadmap in alignment with company priorities.
Work cross-functionally with a small but growing team of analysts and analytics engineers.
Contribute to frameworks, standards, and best practices for reporting, modeling, and experimentation.
Partner with cross-functional partners to design analyses, reports, and dashboards that inform strategy and execution.
Build scalable pipelines and data models that support self-service analytics across teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders in designing and interpreting experiments to optimize growth and product outcomes.
Support and maintain processes for data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
Collaborate with engineering on data architecture and performance.
Promote best practices in compliance, privacy, and ethical use of data.
Provide insights that optimize acquisition, retention, and customer experience.
Support science and product teams with data-driven approaches to study design and analysis.
Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency through advanced analytics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of experience in data and analytics roles
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact analytics in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong technical foundation in modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) and analytics best practices.
Skilled in experimentation, statistical analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communicator who can distill complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or consumer health (bonus); passion for advancing science and human health through data.
