About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as collaborative member of the Regional Team.
  • Manage existing partner relationships.
  • Manage and report on existing portfolio - with a focus on – On time and on budget for partners, projects, and internships.
  • Develops new projects and internships with existing partners.
  • Transition existing projects to next phase.
  • Work with partners to get them well established.
  • Identify existing or potential obstacles to project progress and work with Regional Director to resolve.
  • Interact with field partners and maintain regular communication to encourage and enable on-time completion of project goals and to leverage collaboration.
  • Maintain current awareness of the remaining needs (Progress.Bible) to determine translation needs within regions served.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationship with Financial Analyst(s).
  • Facilitate an environment of cross-functional, intra-organizational, and inter-organizational collaboration and communication.
  • Represent Seed Company culture to partners & broader Bible translation world.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior; God honoring lifestyle.
  • Passion for the Word of God and provision of the Word for every people group.
  • Championing Seed Company’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Bachelor’s degree in required.
  • Preferences in Cross-cultural studies, BA, Language, Communications, or related fields.
  • Two to four years of experience in cross-cultural work, project management, or non-profit. With preference given to experience in cross-cultural relationship management.
  • Able to hold a passport or visit necessary countries
  • Experience and language in English and French.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-cultural work with effective cross-generational communication skills and willingness to engage across theological and denominational platforms.
