About the role

  • Initiating, implementing and continuously improving a company-wide product management process for software products and services
  • Coaching and enabling the organization on methods, good practices and tools in product management
  • Advocating for and embedding the product management mindset within the company through internal communication, workshops and presentations
  • Promoting a product-oriented mindset and supporting the implementation of product management standards
  • Collaborating with the Strategy Board, development, sales and other relevant areas to ensure a smooth product development process
  • Continuously monitoring current trends and innovations in product management and translating them into company practice

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in product management for software products, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as common product management frameworks (e.g. Lean, Design Thinking, OKR)
  • Experience designing and implementing a tooling landscape to optimally support product management processes
  • Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills, combined with enthusiasm and persuasiveness
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • High degree of initiative, eagerness for innovation and the ability to act as a role model for a product-oriented mentality
