About the role
- Initiating, implementing and continuously improving a company-wide product management process for software products and services
- Coaching and enabling the organization on methods, good practices and tools in product management
- Advocating for and embedding the product management mindset within the company through internal communication, workshops and presentations
- Promoting a product-oriented mindset and supporting the implementation of product management standards
- Collaborating with the Strategy Board, development, sales and other relevant areas to ensure a smooth product development process
- Continuously monitoring current trends and innovations in product management and translating them into company practice
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in product management for software products, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as common product management frameworks (e.g. Lean, Design Thinking, OKR)
- Experience designing and implementing a tooling landscape to optimally support product management processes
- Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills, combined with enthusiasm and persuasiveness
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- High degree of initiative, eagerness for innovation and the ability to act as a role model for a product-oriented mentality
