About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and support the Workday platform, with a primary focus on Benefits, FSA administration, Annual Enrollment, core HCM, Reporting, and Security
  • Lead Benefits configuration and ongoing administration, including health, welfare, and voluntary plans, eligibility rules, event-driven processes, FSA/HSA integrations, testing, and issue resolution
  • Annual Enrollment (AE) and Open Enrollment cycles, including end-to-end planning, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support; ensure accurate plan setup, cost calculations, employee experience, and vendor file outputs
  • Configure and implement business process framework (BPF) changes, eligibility rules, condition rules, and validation logic to support optimized, compliant, and scalable HR and Benefits processes
  • Provide day-to-day Workday system support, troubleshooting complex data, Benefits, security, and reporting issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions within governance standards
  • Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics, including advanced, matrix, composite, and calculated field-based reporting to support Benefits operations, compliance, finance, and executive decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field preferred
  • 5+ years’ progressive Workday experience in a corporate environment inclusive of troubleshooting issues, configuration, testing, and implementing optimizations
  • 5+ years’ Workday experience with an emphasis on Benefits and Reporting
  • Strong experience with Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, and maintenance
