About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and administer components of total compensation, including employee benefits, salaries and bonus programs, and long- and short-term incentive programs at all levels.
- Identify areas of opportunity within current benefits programs; develop, evaluate, improve and communicate methods and techniques for compensating employees.
- Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and roll out incentive & wellness programs that motivate, engage and attract talent in the workforce.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in total rewards management.
- Research, analyze and establish salary ranges and wages for management and administrative positions.
- Identify and resolve issues related to both benefit and compensation programs and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Lead change management efforts related to total rewards initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- HR industry related certification(s) like Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, Certified Senior Rewards Professional (CSRP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in total rewards management with a focus on benefits and wellness programs.
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, affecting compensation and benefits programs.
- Experience utilizing HRIS/HCM systems; experience with Workday a strong plus!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations.
