About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Verantwortible for successfully rolling out SEDIWORK at client sites from project preparation through go-live
Independently lead implementation projects at university hospitals, hospital networks and clinic groups
Manage all project phases from kick-off and configuration through go-live
Ensure and manage schedules, quality, customer satisfaction and project risks
Serve as the main point of contact for executive management, medical directors, chief physicians, authorized trainers as well as HR and IT departments
Facilitate workshops and project meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
Analyze existing training and personnel processes and develop efficient target processes
Support organizational changes and new ways of working
Advise customers on best practices in medical training and competency management
Configure the platform, oversee data migrations and system rollouts, and validate organizational, training and personnel data
Work with Product and Engineering to implement customer-specific requirements
Establish standardized implementation processes, templates, playbooks and best practices
Continuously improve delivery methodology and contribute to shaping the customer-delivery organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent)
Several years of experience in project management or in implementing complex software solutions
Ideally experience in hospital, healthcare or SaaS environments
Strong analytical skills and structured working style
Confident demeanor when engaging with executive management and medical leaders
High level of personal responsibility and strong execution skills
Very good written and spoken German skills
