Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, or Six Sigma required
  • Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills at senior leadership level
  • Analytical, innovative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex organizations
  • Applied knowledge of technology-enabled operating models and data dependencies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Proven management/leadership and negotiating skill
