About the role

  • Complete the physical onsite inventory process including: driving to and from the loss location, physical inventory of contents, and uploading data from field work to server.
  • Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.
  • Tracks time and logs file notes for all of that day’s field activity.
  • Oversees all necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other necessary repairs.
  • Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
  • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Good comprehensive decision-making skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend policy language
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
