About the role
- Manage and support our property claims, end to end.
- Provide exceptional customer services to our clients and customers through proactive claims management.
- Process all claims within your delegated authority.
- Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline as per our service level agreement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes.
Requirements
- Previous claims management experience, ideally some commercial property.
- Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage communication effectively.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and within a team.
