About the role

  • Manage and support our property claims, end to end.
  • Provide exceptional customer services to our clients and customers through proactive claims management.
  • Process all claims within your delegated authority.
  • Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline as per our service level agreement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes.

Requirements

  • Previous claims management experience, ideally some commercial property.
  • Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage communication effectively.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team.
