About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer support on Sedgwick’s primary temporary housing line
  • Assist policyholders, adjusters, and partners with housing-related inquiries
  • Handle inbound calls and process hotel extensions
  • Support billing-related questions and perform administrative tasks
  • Accurately enter new housing claims into the system
  • Monitor inbound email for claim questions and new housing requests
  • Extend hotel stays for clients currently in-house
  • Audit hotel folios for billing accuracy and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in claims processing or related business experience
  • Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent analytical and interpretive skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
