About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support on Sedgwick’s primary temporary housing line
- Assist policyholders, adjusters, and partners with housing-related inquiries
- Handle inbound calls and process hotel extensions
- Support billing-related questions and perform administrative tasks
- Accurately enter new housing claims into the system
- Monitor inbound email for claim questions and new housing requests
- Extend hotel stays for clients currently in-house
- Audit hotel folios for billing accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 4+ years of experience in claims processing or related business experience
- Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
