About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area
define, prioritize, and deliver customer-facing features and platform capabilities
lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows
partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior and output quality standards
identify opportunities to embed intelligent automation into existing workflows
work directly with customers and external partners
collaborate with data, security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliance
define and track success metrics
operate as a product leader and influence without authority
create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience
experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features
strong technical fluency
proven ability to set direction and align stakeholders
data-driven decision maker
excellent communication skills
experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is preferred
prior experience mentoring PMs or contributing to the growth of a product organization is a plus
