About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Define, prioritize, and deliver customer-facing features
Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows
Partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior and evaluation frameworks
Identify opportunities to embed intelligent automation into existing workflows
Work directly with customers to understand problems and shape outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization
Operate as a product leader influencing without authority

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience
Track record of owning and shipping significant products or platforms in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features
Strong technical fluency, comfortable discussing system design, APIs, data models, AI pipelines
Proven ability to set direction, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes at a senior level
Data-driven decision maker
Excellent communication skills
Experience in or adjacent to cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management preferred
Prior experience mentoring PMs or contributing to the growth of a product organization is a plus
