About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area
Define, prioritize, and deliver customer-facing features and platform capabilities
Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows
Partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior
Identify opportunities to embed intelligent automation into existing workflows
Work directly with customers and external partners to deeply understand problems
Collaborate with data, security, privacy, and legal teams
Define and track success metrics
Operate as a product leader
Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience
Demonstrated experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features
Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing system design, APIs, data models, AI pipelines, and product architecture
Proven ability to set direction, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes at a senior level
Data-driven decision maker with experience defining product metrics
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and strategic concepts
Experience working in or adjacent to cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is preferred
Prior experience mentoring PMs or contributing to the growth of a product organization is a plus.
