About the role
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business priorities and develop tailored HR strategies to achieve them.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy to drive business success.
- Partner with leaders to identify critical talent needs, ensure robust succession planning, and support leadership development initiatives.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs to address skill gaps and promote career growth for team members.
- Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Technology and Finance teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive work environment.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal alignment, continuous feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching to leaders on performance improvement plans, employee development, and career progression strategies.
- Support leaders in navigating organizational change, driving team alignment, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and initiatives to address team dynamics and improve collaboration.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, track HR program effectiveness, and identify trends within the Technology and Finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of HRBP experience in a tech or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence key decisions.
- Expertise in employee relations, organizational design, and talent management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
