About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitoring information security and infrastructure tools using Zabbix;
- Analyze alerts, identify and handle incidents and false positives;
- Support the operation of security tools (EDR, firewall, PAM, etc.);
- Address infrastructure requests for the area (firewalls, user workstations, networks, cabling, etc.);
- Update inventories and assets in the ITSM system;
- Control and distribute tickets in the ITSM system;
- Open, track and update technical tickets;
- Monitor operational indicators and SLAs;
- Develop technical and practical knowledge in Networking, IT and Information Security infrastructure solutions, including technologies such as Check Point and Fortinet firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, corporate Wi‑Fi, proxies, load balancers, antivirus, EDR, SIEM, PAM, environment monitoring, virtualization and cloud computing solutions;
- Pursue continuous training and professional development through training courses, labs and technical certifications.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Technology, Information Security, Systems, or related fields;
- Computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewall);
- Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Concepts of vulnerabilities and cyber threats;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.);
- Basic Information Security concepts.
