About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, working alongside mid and senior analysts;
Assist with solution presentations, commercial and technical proposals;
Support basic project sizing (sizing);
Participate in technical presentations, demonstrations (DEMO) and execution of POCs;
Keep up to date with partner developments and support technical-commercial relationships;
Organize technical documentation, supporting materials, CRM records and departmental processes;
Support the internal dissemination of technical knowledge and participate in partner trainings;
Participate in internal and external technical meetings with follow-up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Processing or related fields
Basic to intermediate knowledge of technology and information security
Basic knowledge of networking (IP, routing, VPN)
Interest in technologies such as SASE, SSE, EDR, NGFW and Cloud Security
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Initial experience in pre-sales, technical support, NOC, SOC or similar areas
Intermediate English
Good verbal and written communication skills
Genuine interest in developing technical and consultative skills
Entry-level certifications or courses in security, networking or cloud
Previous contact with vendors such as Netskope, CrowdStrike, Orca, Segura, Check Point or Fortinet
Technical courses focused on networks, cloud or information security
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow technically
Ability to communicate clearly to internal and external audiences
Be organized and didactic (able to explain concepts clearly)
Teamwork skills
Basic analytical and problem-solving ability
Professional attitude, discipline and sense of responsibility.
