Account Manager – Sales Manager, Security Technology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Relationship building & account management: Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and prospective customers within your sales territory.
- Market development: Independently implement sales targets and develop new strategies to expand the market.
- Contract negotiations: Conduct negotiations and ensure optimal pricing that convinces customers.
- Market analysis: Identify market trends, analyze competitors and develop proactive recommendations for action.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience in sales of security technology is required.
- Passion for selling technically complex products that require explanation.
- Completed commercial or technical training, or a comparable degree.
- Technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovative security solutions.
- Willingness to travel regionally within your sales territory.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong self-motivation, high results orientation, and a structured, independent way of working.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a confident manner.
- Confident use of common MS Office applications.
