Key responsibilities & impact
  • Relationship building & account management: Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and prospective customers within your sales territory.
  • Market development: Independently implement sales targets and develop new strategies to expand the market.
  • Contract negotiations: Conduct negotiations and ensure optimal pricing that convinces customers.
  • Market analysis: Identify market trends, analyze competitors and develop proactive recommendations for action.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in sales of security technology is required.
  • Passion for selling technically complex products that require explanation.
  • Completed commercial or technical training, or a comparable degree.
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovative security solutions.
  • Willingness to travel regionally within your sales territory.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong self-motivation, high results orientation, and a structured, independent way of working.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a confident manner.
  • Confident use of common MS Office applications.
