About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a selected group of clients
- Lead a team of approximately 50 security staff
- Actively cultivate sustainable client relationships
- Take organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and employees
- Maintain and develop existing client accounts
- Monitor the market and acquire new clients, in close cooperation with your supervisor
- Advise clients on all security and service-related matters
- Continuously optimize service delivery and internal operational processes (increase efficiency, profitability and quality)
- Provide disciplinary leadership, supervision, monitoring and management of subordinate team members, including duty scheduling and performance control
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/business education (Matura or university degree)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in staff management and client support, ideally with sales responsibilities
- Strong business/financial understanding
- Excellent German and English skills
- Valid driver's license (category B)
- Confident demeanor combined with strong communication skills
- Good PC/user-level computer skills and an interest in technology
