Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a diverse portfolio of professional, leadership, and senior leadership roles.
  • Develop and execute proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies attracting high-quality talent.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor providing insights on market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience leading full-cycle recruitment for leadership and senior-level positions.
  • Proven success developing and leading recruiting and sourcing strategies across a variety of complex talent segments.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop workforce and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through market intelligence and recruiting data.
  • Experience developing and leading recruiting programs and mentoring team members.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and consultative skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communication.
