Key responsibilities & impact

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a diverse portfolio of professional, leadership, and senior leadership roles.

What you’ll need

Significant experience leading full-cycle recruitment for leadership and senior-level positions.
Proven success developing and leading recruiting and sourcing strategies across a variety of complex talent segments.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop workforce and talent acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through market intelligence and recruiting data.
Experience developing and leading recruiting programs and mentoring team members.
Exceptional relationship-building and consultative skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communication.
