About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a diverse portfolio of professional, leadership, and senior leadership roles.
- Develop and execute proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies attracting high-quality talent.
- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor providing insights on market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Assess candidate qualifications to identify top talent for opportunities.
- Leverage data and external market insights to influence hiring decisions.
- Support programs to improve hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor recruiting team members promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience leading full-cycle recruitment for leadership and senior-level positions.
- Proven success developing and leading recruiting and sourcing strategies across a variety of complex talent segments.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop workforce and talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through market intelligence and recruiting data.
- Experience developing and leading recruiting programs and mentoring team members.
- Exceptional relationship-building and consultative skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communication.
