Create and maintain Xray test cases to verify and validate requirements.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot to accelerate test case creation, script development, and test data generation.
Validate AI-generated artifacts for accuracy and business alignment.
Promote practices that advance Continuous Delivery and Continuous Improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to shift quality efforts lower in the test pyramid.
Provide metrics to establish baselines and track quality and efficiency improvements.
Lead efforts to define and articulate testing strategy for the project.
Coach and provide technical leadership to peer QE team members.

Requirements

Experience with QE languages, frameworks, and tools: TypeScript or JavaScript, Python, JSON; Vitest, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Jira/Xray.
Advanced SQL experience for research and analysis.
Ability to translate business requirements into test strategy, test cases, and Agile task estimates.
Experience developing and executing manual and automated test scripts.
Strong collaboration skills with a one-team mindset.
Strong communication skills: understanding requirements, articulating test approach, willingness to ask questions.
Experience coaching teams on quality concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management and prioritization.
