About the role

  • Internship program connecting interns with associates and leaders; mentoring and professional development.
  • Placements in tracks: Software Engineering, Data & ML Engineering, Cybersecurity.
  • Software Engineering: design, develop, test, debug, and maintain new and existing systems; collaborate on agile teams; create engaging customer experiences.
  • Data & ML Engineering: harness AI-based job aids and modern platforms; execute proofs of concept; onboard new platforms and tools.
  • Cybersecurity: contribute to engineering and operations protecting applications, networks, and systems; design and implement secure technology solutions.
  • Professional Development (included in all tracks): partner with coaches and leaders to identify and execute skill development and network connections.
  • Summer internship intended for undergraduate students; hybrid work model with in-office expectation for those within a 90-minute commute.

Requirements

  • Creativity and resourcefulness to problem solve both independently and as part of a team.
  • Sound analytical and design skills to understand and apply technical concepts.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently, and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.
  • Curiosity to pursue learning opportunities and further self-development.
  • Currently pursuing a four-year degree with a major in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related degree preferred.
  • Summer internships are intended for undergraduate students graduating in December ’26 or May ’27.
  • We are unable to pursue candidates who would require Visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Key technologies may include: Back-End Development (Java, Python, Spring Framework, REST APIs, JUnit); Web Development (JavaScript, NodeJS, Bootstrap, React); Data Engineering (Snowflake, StreamSets); Cloud – AWS (EC2, Serverless, Lambdas, EKS, Security); AI (ChatGPT, M365 CoPilot, GitHub CoPilot, Textract, Bedrock); Versioning and Deployment (GitHub, Puppet); Productivity tools (Jira, ServiceNow, MSOffice Suite).
