• Develop and execute a comprehensive global channel and alliance strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, including defining partner types, setting revenue targets, and creating a roadmap for growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse ecosystem of partners; negotiate contracts; foster executive-level relationships; create joint business plans; hold QBRs; and support escalations.
• Drive revenue growth through partners by developing and implementing sales programs, co-marketing initiatives, and incentive programs; track and report on a joint sales pipeline to meet or exceed bookings targets.
• Ensure partner delivery success through enablement and training; work with enablement teams to develop sales and delivery training programs and provide ongoing support for partner-led implementations.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of alliance managers and directors; attract and develop talent; provide mentorship; and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure partner initiatives are aligned with company goals and to act as a key advocate for partners within the organization.
• Actively participate in field execution with partners to drive net new business and ensure successful customer outcomes.
