Solutions Engineer

• Lead the delivery of services engagements, including kickoff workshops, project management, and stakeholder socialisation.
• Work with customers to roll out their Secure Code Warrior programs, assisting with integration setup (SSO, LMS, Jira/GitHub) and training build out on the platform.
• Provide actionable advice on SCW best practices, helping customers overcome adoption hurdles.
• Facilitate sessions with Engineering Leads and Security Champions to align on rollout schedules and success metrics.
• Actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions; shadow Principal Consultants on strategic accounts to build advanced advisory skills.
• Produce clear, concise engagement reports that summarize progress, risks, and recommendations for client stakeholders.
