About the role
- Independently perform the monthly payroll processing using DATEV, taking into account collective bargaining, income tax, and social security regulations
- Ensure compliance with employment, social security and payroll tax regulations
- Communicate with social insurance providers, health insurance funds and authorities
- Manage all HR administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain and manage employee master data and ensure proper maintenance of personnel files
- Draft, review and amend employment contracts in accordance with applicable collective agreements
- Act as a point of contact for employees, managers and site supervisors on employment and social security law matters
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification (ideally with further training as a certified HR specialist / Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
- Solid professional experience in operational HR or HR administration — ideally experience in the security industry (a lateral entry is not envisaged for this position)
- Strong knowledge of DATEV Lohn & Gehalt
- Very good knowledge of employment, social security and payroll tax law
- Experience in labor court proceedings is an advantage
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Discretion, reliability and clear communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Very good MS Office skills
