About the role
- Support of public, private and operational security
- Protection of people, physical assets and intangible assets
- Implementation of preventive measures and hazard prevention
- Initiation of appropriate measures to prevent hazards and to maintain general safety and order
- Monitoring of site-specific protection and security regulations
- Conducting patrols, access checks and locking duties
- Reporting and documentation of security-related matters
- Operation and monitoring of in-house building management and security systems
- Planning and operational organization of security services
Requirements
- Minimum age at the start of training: 18 years
- Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) — higher qualifications welcome
- Clean criminal record (certificate of conduct without entries)
- Good German language skills, spoken and written — ideally knowledge of English (or other foreign languages)
- Good physical condition and fitness
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Quick comprehension, willingness to learn and ambition
- Sense of responsibility and conscientiousness
