About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, process, track, and maintain waiver applications and related documentation
- Ensure all submitted forms meet organizational, regulatory, and program requirements
- Provide administrative support to clients, providers, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate with applicants, service providers, and internal departments regarding application status, requirements, and corrections
- Assist with preparation and distribution of approval, denial, and request-for-information notices
- Maintain confidential records in accordance with policies and privacy regulations
- Support audits, quality assurance reviews, and compliance activities
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of administrative, clerical, data entry, or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and staying current with technologies that benefit the team and our customers
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
