About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage projects from initiation to completion, including cross-departmental initiatives
Support team members from other departments in methodical, goal-oriented, and process-compliant project execution
Plan, prioritize, and track project goals, milestones, tasks, and dependencies
Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings
Ensure the application and continuous improvement of project management standards, particularly using Jira and Confluence
Contribute to process management and derive improvement measures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial vocational training and/or a degree, ideally supplemented by a project management certification
Several years of project management experience with traditional, agile, or hybrid methodologies
Confident use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as MS Office
Knowledge of process management or willingness to develop these skills
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking; ability to work across teams and departments
Very good German language skills and, ideally, good English skills
