About the role

  • You manage our E‑commerce customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • You work with cross‑functional teams to develop customer relationships and identify cross‑ and up‑selling opportunities.
  • You prepare proposals and contracts and follow them through to successful closure.
  • You proactively advise customers on our new e‑commerce products, payment plugins and online shop payment modules.
  • You actively contribute to the improvement of our E‑commerce sales processes.
  • You monitor market trends in e‑commerce and actively share your insights.

Requirements

  • You enjoy communicating — whether face‑to‑face, by phone or in writing.
  • You work in a solution‑oriented way within the team and with our customers.
  • You organize your work independently and respond flexibly to new requirements.
  • You demonstrate initiative, negotiation skills and creativity — even in complex situations.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the financial services sector.
  • You are fluent in German (business level) and have very good English.
