About the role
- Own the customer risk management for project clients and steer risk-related processes across the customer relationship
- Organize and conduct due diligence reviews for clients and external service providers
- Identify enterprise-level risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures
- Support, monitor, assess and enable strategic initiatives and projects
- Provide support on risk policy matters and implement a risk control framework
- Assess customer risks and make decisions on risk mitigation measures
- Promote risk management awareness across the organization
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in risk management within the financial sector
- Experience in payments and knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, ZAG, DORA)
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a solution-oriented approach
- Clear communication, teamwork and willingness to take responsibility
- Enjoy tackling complex tasks and demonstrate initiative
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
- Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence; SQL knowledge for data analysis
