About the role
- The Inside Sales representative is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing sales activities
- Handling customer inquiries and generating leads
- Supporting the field sales team with documentation, appointment scheduling, and coordination
- Regular communication with new and existing customers
- Ensuring customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner
- Documenting customer relationship management and sales processes
- Achieving weekly/monthly revenue and lead-generation targets
Requirements
- Qualification in a commercial/business-related field, marketing, commerce, or a related discipline (advantageous but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, or lead generation
- Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and Outlook is an advantage
