About the role
- Administer and maintain GitLab for version control and repository management
- Configure and manage CI CD pipelines to support secure DevSecOps workflows
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Enforce repository standards and code management best practices
- Support integration with automated testing and deployment frameworks
- Monitor system performance and resolve platform issues
- Automate routine processes to improve efficiency and reliability
- Support software development teams with configuration and troubleshooting
- Maintain secure software configuration management practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience in GitLab administration
- Experience managing Git repositories in a team environment
- Experience building and maintaining CI CD pipelines
- Experience implementing secure DevSecOps practices
- Experience managing access control policies and permissions
- Strong troubleshooting and automation skills
