About the role
- Develop product improvements to enhance customer retention and close sales
- Build tools to streamline internal workflows and improve team efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve software issues to ensure system stability and performance
- Work with engineering, product, sales, and design on our sales and end-to-end problems for customers and prospects
- Work with the product team to guide the roadmap towards features that help solve the most important problems for our customers
Requirements
- Recent graduates should have completed a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, such as, Computer Science or Software Engineering, or be in their final year of study.
- You have at least 6-12 months of experience working as a software engineering intern
- A fundamental understanding of some of the core technologies in our stack
- You have experience with React (TypeScript), Python (Django), and Postgres
- Are supportive, especially when teammates are faced with new challenges
- Are able to autonomously figure out the solutions to customer challenges
- Are naturally curious and willing to take a step to learn something they don’t have experience in
