Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and execution of our Innovation Hub strategy across Americas
Shape and execute strategy, translating global direction into a scalable operating model
Identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthen presence in key growth segments
Build strong internal and external partnerships—driving alignment across functions
Optimize resource utilization while driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years within metal cutting, manufacturing, or industrial solutions
Proven success in solution-based / consultative selling environments
Strong understanding of machining processes and customer manufacturing needs
Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct leadership and leading through influence
Ability to operate and deliver in complex, matrixed organizations
Track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
