About the role

  • You take full ownership of your outbound quota.
  • Whether cold calling, social selling via LinkedIn, or email — you identify and engage B2B decision-makers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • You continuously test and optimize our messaging, evolve existing cadences, and help take our sales processes to the next level.
  • You work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing to maximize lead quality (SQLs) and share valuable market feedback internally.
  • You lead by performance, share your best practices, and position yourself for leadership responsibilities and further team expansion through your results.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of solid experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS environment, with the ability to convincingly position complex software solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Highly self-driven, requiring no micro-management, and able to quickly learn new subject areas and get started immediately.
  • A strong drive to develop from top performer into a leadership role.
  • You enjoy sharing knowledge and have a builder mentality.
  • Fluent German (C2/native) and very good English skills (C1).
