Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and position appropriate cybersecurity services
Deliver technical presentations and demos that communicate the value and scope of our services (e.g., penetration testing, red teaming, etc.)
Support the preparation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and RFP/RFI responses
Scope and define technical requirements and resource estimates for service delivery
Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business-relevant language for stakeholders
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry trends
Act as a bridge between client teams and internal delivery teams to ensure project feasibility and accuracy
Attend industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements as a technical representative
Requirements
3+ years in pre-sales, consulting, or technical sales support role within cybersecurity or IT services
Understanding of the cyber threat landscape and threat actor TTPs
Understanding of Cyber Services markets e.g. Penetration Testing, Red Team/Purple Team, Adversary Simulation, etc.
Willingness to travel to regular F2F end user meetings
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
Experience using CRM and sales analytics platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Bachelor’s degree
Desirable 5+ years in pre-sales, consulting, or technical sales support role within cybersecurity or IT services
Experience in the enterprise space
